BSNL : A FAILING VENTURE

This is an agony of a comman man having a BSNL connection. With great promises what BSNL made is ending. A landline of BSNL in villages has remain a thing of decoration only. Despite of regular complains , the BSNL officials are taking a nap. It is a common problem in almost all govt. departments , the officials are cold to people grievances and warm to their family interests only.This is possible in India only that people can tolerate to such an extent.
